1. Scope
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, price, access, support, and revision terms are defined in the written agreement or proposal for each project.
2. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, assets, credentials, feedback, approvals, and third-party service access needed for delivery.
3. Ownership and licensing
Ownership of final deliverables, code, templates, design assets, and reusable components depends on the project agreement. Mlabs Music may retain rights to pre-existing libraries, methods, and internal systems.
4. Third-party platforms
Hosting, domains, payment processors, analytics, APIs, plugins, and other third-party services may be subject to separate terms, costs, availability, and limitations.
5. Support and changes
Support, maintenance, bug fixing, new features, and ongoing improvements are provided only when included in the project agreement or accepted separately.
